Cancellation Policy

Notice period

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may be waiting.

Late cancellations and non-attendance

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) or non-attendance without notice may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact the clinic as early as possible if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend.

Appointment availability

Appointment slots are limited and operate on a Sunday-only basis. Early notification of cancellation allows us to offer your slot to another patient and helps ensure timely access for everyone.
