How to make a complaint

What happens next
All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt. We aim to investigate and respond fully to complaints within 30 working days. Where a complaint requires more time to investigate fully, we will keep you informed of progress.

All complaints are handled in strict confidence. Making a complaint will not affect the care or treatment you receive from this clinic.
